Privacy Policy
Plain-language summary first. Your journal entries in Let it be... stay on your device. In Let it Flow, your simulation and settings stay on your device too, and we use Firebase Analytics to understand feature usage. We collect as little as possible, and we never sell your data.

Who controls this data
This policy is published by OliveScale Technologies, a sole proprietorship owned by Timir J Chauhan, which publishes on Google Play and the Apple App Store under the developer name WorldLetItBe. OliveScale Technologies is the data controller referred to as “we,” “us,” or “the company” throughout this policy.
It covers these apps, and no others:
- Let it Flow: Relax & Unwind, an interactive fluid relaxation app. Google Play package
com.letitbeworld.letitflow. - Let it be: Anxiety Journal on Google Play, published on the Apple App Store as Let It Be: Guided Journal, a private journal app. Google Play package
com.selfcare.gratitude.manifest.calm.meditation.simple.minimalist.journal.

The short version
- Let it be: Anxiety Journal your journal entries are stored on your device, not on our servers. Optional backup goes to your own Google Drive, controlled by you.
- Let it Flow: Relax & Unwind your simulation, theme choice and settings are stored on your device, not on our servers. We use Firebase Analytics to understand feature usage.
- We keep analytics minimal and don’t link sensitive content to your identity.
- We do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
Let it be: Anxiety Journal
On-device content. Your entries, moods, affirmations and settings are stored locally on your device. We don’t have access to them unless you choose to back them up to your own cloud storage.
Usage analytics. To improve the app and website we collect limited, aggregated usage data (such as which features are opened and basic device/app information). We avoid collecting data that could reveal the content of your reflections.
Let it Flow: Relax & Unwind
On-device content. Your chosen theme, scene and app settings are stored locally on your device. There is no account and no journal-style content to collect.
Usage analytics. We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand which features are used so we can improve the app. This includes app usage events (such as which theme or scene you open), device and app information, an app instance identifier, and your device’s advertising identifier. This data is processed by Google. See Firebase’s privacy and security page. We do not use this identifier to show ads. Let it Flow has no ad SDK and shows no ads.
Purchases. Let it Flow offers a monthly subscription and a one-time lifetime purchase, both handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your payment details.
How we use information
To run the service, fix problems, understand which features help, and keep things secure. That’s it.
Sharing
The company does not sell your data. We use a small number of trusted service providers, namely Google Firebase for analytics and Google Play or the Apple App Store for payments, who handle data under their own privacy terms and under appropriate agreements.
Your choices & rights
You can clear your data on-device (Let it be... entries, or Let it Flow’s local settings), manage your own backups, and adjust notifications at any time. Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA, India under the DPDP Act), you may have rights to access or delete personal data we hold. These rights apply to the data of both apps. To ask about your data for either app, contact us as below and we’ll help.
Children
Our apps are intended for adults and are not directed at children under the applicable age of consent in your region.
