What three seconds looks like

  1. 1

    Name how you feel

Pick the mood word that fits. Being exact is the point.

  2. 2

    Say more, or don't

Add a line, answer a prompt, or note one good thing. Nothing here is required.

  3. 3

    It joins your record

Tomorrow, yesterday sits beside today. Over weeks, your own words start coming back to you.

The three steps of a check-in.

What builds up

One entry is small. A record is not.

ExampleAfter 30 days

Your words start to come back. An entry from weeks ago resurfaces beside today's.

Made up to show the idea. Not real user writing.

All questions
How long does a check-in take?

About three seconds: open the app, pick the word closest to how you feel, and you are done. You can stop there. If you want to say more, add a line or answer a prompt. Nothing beyond the mood word is required.

What do I write if I do not know where to start?

Start with one line about what is on your mind. If that feels hard, use a prompt and answer only the first question. A short line is a real entry. You do not need full sentences, and you do not need to write every day.

Is it on iPhone and Android?

Yes. Let it be... is on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android. Both are the same app with the same three-second check-in. Tap the badge for your phone at the top of any page and the store opens.
