Guided journaling
The guided journal
A prompt when the page feels blank. A mood word when you only have a few seconds. Every answer stays in one place.
See the questions it asksHow a guided journey works
Step 1
Start from a mood.
Pick the word closest to how today feels, and the journeys that fit it come first.
Step 2
One question at a time.
Each question comes with a line of help and a starter for the answer.
Step 3
Four or five questions.
A journey is short. When the last answer is in, it is saved with the rest.
A few of the questions
How are things, actually? Not the quick answer, the real one.

What's looping right now?
From the journey: Mind Won't Stop at Night
Who or what got me comparing myself today?

Why a guided journal
The question is already there.
A blank page asks a lot. A prompt asks one small thing, and you answer only that.
Help with the answer.
Each question has a line of help under it and the first words of an answer, so starting is easy.
Matched to how you feel.
Every journey is written for a particular mood, from anxious and tired to grateful and excited.
Questions about guided journaling
- A guided journal asks the questions so you do not start from a blank page. In Let it be..., a guided journey is four or five questions, each with a line of help and the first words of an answer.
- Start with one line about what is on your mind. If that feels hard, use a prompt and answer only the first question. A short line is a real entry. You do not need full sentences, and you do not need to write every day.
- Designed to take about three seconds: open the app, pick the word closest to how you feel, and you are done. You can stop there. If you want to say more, add a line or answer a prompt.
