What is Let it be...?

Let it be... is a calm, private place to journal through whatever the day brings. When the mind feels busy, writing it down helps me notice what is going on and come back to myself.

It is a journal and diary with rich text, photos and voice notes, plus a mood tracker, guided breathing, gratitude, affirmations, soundscapes and vision boards, all in one app.

How does the guided journaling work?

The app asks something first, so the page is never blank. A guided prompt is already waiting, such as how much of today I actually remember, and I can ask for a new one if it does not fit.

This is the idea behind a guided journaling app for overthinking: a gentle question to start from, on the days I do not know where to begin. There is no streak to protect and no pressure to write every day.

Is it a private journal app that works offline?

Yes. Entries are stored on the device by default and journaling works completely offline, according to the store listing. The app can be locked with a fingerprint or face so it opens only for me.

Backing up to my own Google Drive is optional, and nothing leaves the phone without it.

Can I use it as an anxiety journal or for overthinking?

It was written for anxious days and overthinking nights: a few minutes of guided breathing, a prompt to loosen a spinning thought, or one honest paragraph. It is a place to think, not a treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional care.

Is Let it be... a mood diary and gratitude journal too?

Yes. A mood check-in sits at the top of the home screen, and my journey screen puts check-ins on one timeline so a day can be opened to read what I wrote. The gratitude journal fills a small garden as I note the good things I noticed.
