1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Let It Be — Journal & Wellness ("App"), including Let It Be Pro subscriptions (monthly and annual), are final and non-refundable.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Digital products and subscription services are non-refundable once purchased
- You will not be entitled to a refund for any partial, unused, or remaining portion of a subscription period
- Cancellation of a subscription stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period
2. Try Before You Buy
We strongly encourage all users to thoroughly explore the free tier of the App before subscribing to Let It Be Pro. The free tier provides access to core features including journaling, meditation, breathing exercises, and gratitude prompts, allowing you to evaluate the App's quality and suitability for your needs.
This policy exists because:
- The free tier provides generous access to evaluate the App before purchase
- Digital subscription services cannot be "returned" once access has been granted
- Pro features are immediately available upon purchase
3. How to Cancel Your Subscription
While we do not offer refunds, you can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
To cancel your subscription:
- Open the Google Play Store app on your Android device
- Tap your profile icon (top right corner)
- Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Find Let It Be and tap it
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the on-screen prompts
Important: Simply uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the Google Play Store to stop future charges. If you uninstall the App without cancelling, you will continue to be billed.
4. Google Play's Refund Policies
While we do not provide refunds directly, Google Play may have its own refund policies for digital purchases. Any refund request processed through Google is at Google's sole discretion and is governed by Google Play's refund policies. We do not control, influence, or have visibility into Google's refund decisions.
If you wish to request a refund through Google:
- Visit your Google Play Order History at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory
- Find the relevant purchase and follow Google's refund request process
- Google typically considers refund requests made within 48 hours of purchase
5. Technical Issues
If you are experiencing technical problems with the App or Pro features that prevent you from using what you paid for, please contact us at hello@letitbeworld.com before taking any other action. We are committed to resolving technical issues promptly.
When reporting a technical issue, please include:
- Your device model and manufacturer (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S24)
- Your Android version (e.g., Android 15)
- The App version (found in Settings > About)
- A clear description of the issue and steps to reproduce it
- Screenshots or screen recordings, if possible
We aim to respond to technical support requests within 2 business days and will work diligently to resolve any issues affecting your experience.
6. Unauthorized Purchases
If you believe that a subscription was purchased without your authorization (e.g., by a child or through an unauthorized device use), please contact Google Play Support directly to report the unauthorized purchase. Google handles all payment disputes and unauthorized transaction claims.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
